My name is Mark Giordano, better known as Coach Mark. I grew up, and still reside in Hamden, CT. I was a three sport varsity athlete in high school, and continued my passion for athletics by coaching others. I am married, and the father of four (plus two grandchildren). 
Even though, over the years, I have coached basketball and baseball, my main concentration has been volleyball and girls fastpitch softball. I have coached both on the high school and college level. I was the head coach at Albertus Magnus College for nine years, achieving many honors, and have recently been inducted into the Albertus Magnus College Athletic Hall of Fame. Due to family commitments, I chose to step down from coaching college athletics, to coaching athletics at the high school level. Last year, I added Elevation Volleyball Academy to my resume, where we were proud to win three first place medals. I'm looking forward to another year of fun and teaching, the great game of volleyball!?

My name is Maggie, and I’m originally from Huntington Beach California. I’m currently a sophomore at Quinnipiac University and I am also a second year outside hitter for Quinnipiac’s women’s volleyball team. I’ve been playing volleyball since I was 9 years old and my passion for the sport has only been growing and blossoming. Because I am a current D1 college athlete, I’m still an active student of the game and my excitement for the sport is still very fresh.I have a lot of knowledge and experience to share with younger players and I strive to be a positive role model they can look up to.

From there on she became my coach and mentor and has showed me how to effectively coach players mentally and physically. For the last two summers I have taken on the role as an assistant coach at her private practices through InMotion Volleyball.

I grew up in Orange, CT where I played basketball. I started coaching when I was sixteen for the towns youth basketball programs. I moved to Wallingford in 1986, where I raised my two kids. I coached them in Basketball, Baseball/Softball. In 2000 I started the youth volleyball league in town for my daughter, Marion, and I continue to run it today. I have been working for Sikorski Aircraft for over 40 years. My most recent endeavor is coaching for EVA, as a 12sU head coach.

WHO AM I?
My name is Bryan and I grew up in farm country in west central Illinois and ended up in CT after being in the Navy. I work at Pratt and Whitney as a Contracts Manager for some of the most advanced aircraft in the world. When not working I enjoy cooking, being outside and my beloved Chicago Cubs.

Who am I? 

Hey Team! My name is Jose Cruz aka Coach Jose and I am from Bridgeport, CT. In high school, I was a tri-sport athlete and played Football, Volleyball, and Soccer. After a football injury, I decided to give more attention to the sport of volleyball and completely fell in love. 

Thanks to EVA I was able to play my senior club year and racked in a few scholarship offers to play at the next level. After two years of competing at the collegiate level, I decided to come back home and become a coach so I could give back to the same club that helped me play in college. I am looking forward to using my experience to help others find a passion and love for volleyball while also helping student-athletes achieve the goal of playing at the next level.

Hello my name is Vinnie Ferrante I am a proud parent of two living in South Windsor, CT. My career is in auto collision repair, soon to be in concrete replacement specialist with a great hobby of photography.
I've been watching and following volleyball since 2011.
I watched my daughter, Alana, play volleyball in high school, club, and college at Central Connecticut University.
I always had a passion of capturing and saving memories of her playing the sport she loved so much, not realizing that she could improve her skills by seeing photos and reviewing video. By watching the videos, she could try to correct her mistakes as working together with her coach's.
I also believe sharing it with other players on her team helped them to bond and strengthened their team. Alana also coached club volleyball with CTVA last year where she shared her knowledge with players.
At the age of 19, on September 18, 2015, Alana had a terrible auto accident which brought her spirits to heaven.
I decided soon after I would continue sharing and capturing precious moments like the ones she had, and continue her dream to help others.  Therefore, helping other volleyball players build their skills while taking their dreams to the next level… by playing volleyball in college.

I grew up on the Eastern End of Long Island in NY. I played volleyball in high school as well as on a travel team where I played as both an outside hitter and a libero. Who am I?
Hello team! My name is Taylor and I am from North Branford, CT. I am a junior at the University of Connecticut where I am in the Allied Health Sciences program. I plan to apply to physical therapy programs after I complete my undergrad degree in hopes of receiving my DPT and be able to work with athletes or children.

At UCONN I am involved in numerous organizations on campus such as Exercise is Medicine and Pre-PT Society. When I am not in school, I work as a camp counselor at North Branford Public Schools camp and Spirit Sports Camp where I am a volleyball and tennis coach, as well as coaching beach and indoor volleyball with EVA.

I am very excited to coach with EVA as it has taught me valuable lessons in being a well-rounded player. I was fortunate enough to be coached by Marion Kish and I am very lucky to be a part of her coaching staff where I can share with athletes all the amazing attributes of volleyball and what it means to be a team player!
